Alien Intrusion Updated Expanded Gary Bates 9780890514351 Books Reviews

  • The book Alien Intrusion is a very interesting book. After hours of checking and verifying what the author is saying, it seems that he is indeed being as factual and accurate as he can be. I can agree with much of what he is saying ... though not all (and it would be VERY strange if I would agree with everything that anyone was saying since we are all just people and our understanding is limited )

Note that January 11, 2018 will be a one day showing at various theaters of the movie based on this book. Seeing the movie might be a fun experience ... but it won't lend itself to cross-checking what is being presented! The book provides an excellent way to see what the author is proposing and page by page check that what he is saying matches up with the Bible etc. I have done this with several other authors in the past and quite often find that an author has a "point" to make and tends to only show or refer to things that go along with that point (ignoring things that counter his point). This book (Alien Intrusion updated edition) is one of the most accurate that I have looked at in depth like this.

However ... the factual parts only lay a groundwork for what we can then extrapolate what MIGHT be ... and each of us might extrapolate this differently!

So ... the book is a nice way to gain the factual groundwork ... which then will allow you to extrapolate the way you want! )
  • This book presents a biblical and credible way to make sense of the UFO and alien phenomena which are still gaining in popularity today. In a sense it's the ultimate conspiracy theory just being played out in our time. Gary Bates has done a lot of research to put together this work, and while it starts out slow, the early chapters lay a solid foundation for the conclusions he draws in the latter chapters of the book.
  • Tons of interesting information. The point I found most convincing of the impossibility of Alien visitation/abductions is the enormouse light-years travel distance from even the nearest star to our solor system. Unless the Aliens have extraordinarily long life spans and can carry enough supplies in their space crafts to survive such long travel time, it really seems ridiculous to consider such a thing could be possible From the author's perspective, he agrees that there are beings (evil spirits) that can and do impersonate humans. However, their appearance is not benign and their intent is only evil. Aliens who inpersonate humans are, based on Mr. Bates premise taken from the Bible, are fallen angels and definitely should be considered a viable explanation for what some believe are harmless, advanced intelligent beings from outter space..
  • This is an outstanding book! I have been reading and studying about the ufo phenomena for years. It is a topic that has always fascinated me, I am also very much into science and science fiction. There are hundreds of books on this topic, but this one is quite refreshingly unique. The evidence, history, and arguments presented in this book are well reasoned and well thought-out. Few have really approached this complicated subject from the perspective of a Biblical Christian worldview. The insights contained in this book are illuminating, compelling, and fascinating! I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in ufology, aliens, and related paranormal phenomena. Whether you are Christian, non-Christian, whatever your worldview is, read this book! You will not be disappointed.
  • This book is very interesting. It takes you along a path where the author finishes with his conclusions as to exactly what alien abductions are all about. I have to say it is certainly thought provoking. Many who teach end times prophecy, believe one explanations for the disappearances of millions will be that those who disappeared were abducted by aliens. Who knows . Certainly gives you something to think about. After all Satan is THE great deceiver! It is certainly plausible!
  • While I am in no way taking any credit from the author, I've had this same hypothesis about the true origins of "aliens" for almost 20 years. However, Mr Bates presents the case much better than I ever could. His work is backed with science and Scripture. Fantastic book and highly recommended. I'm excited to see the documentary.
  • Probably the best book I've read this year. I don't read a lot and I don't read a little. Probably 2+dozen books this year. I've recommended this one to friends and they've all said the same thing. It's good and it will help push you from milk to meat if that's where you're at. Buckle up though, if you've entertained thoughts of aliens and enjoy a good sci-fi saga (as I do), your perspective will change. God made us, he could have made aliens right? Ha! Poor things, suffering because of Adam's sin? (Romans 822)! Johnny come latelys on the 4th day? (Genesis 114-19)! No, consider this...God is so great that He created man against the vast backdrop of space to showcase His glory. This book explains aliens. My Bible does too (2 Corinthians 1113-15)!
  • After 57 years and some 300 plus books on this subject I Have Never Read in all my years
Of reading any reference to Religion Or Jesus
As it pertains to UFO or Obduction.
I should have reviewed his References in the Back before buying this book in my age I slipped up In all my years I always look up
The Authors reference and in all the other UFO books they have 18 To 25 pages of Reference. This guy has 1 page which makes
This work in my opinion as Fiction.
No reference on where his info is pulled from.
I dropped the book in the Garbage can.
