- I find them very informative and interesting, and this book is no exception. There are some great new techniques in this book, such as new ways to prepare vegetables, ingenious shortcuts & enhancements, and just a treasure trove of ideas. I like that there is always an explanation of different approaches they took and why they worked/didn't work and their process for recipe improvement. A fun read, great recipes...what's not to love?!?

- I love that it has a shopping lists for a week’s worth of meals. Also love that the lists are organized by produce, pantry items, meat etc. so that you can go through the store systematically. They really thought of everything to make my life easier. I watch their YouTube videos and have never made a recipe that wasn’t literally delicious.
